Procurement Intern (Sourcing Specialist)

Job Title
Accountabilities:
- Support daily reporting activities (pricing, sourcing, procurement KPIs).
- Perform data cleanup, validation, and maintenance across systems and files.
- Assist in data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Support governance activities (process adherence, documentation, tracking).
- Help prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Assist in sourcing activities (RFQs, supplier data, documentation support).
- Collaborate with team members on operational and administrative tasks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel (data handling, basic analysis).
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and cross-functional/global environment.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Basic understanding of business or supply chain concepts (preferred).
Education, Experience and Training:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 0-1 years' experience (internship, academic projects, or coursework in data analysis, procurement, or supply chain preferred)
