SB Supply Chain Coordinator

Job TitleAssist with equipment and product procurement and/or supply chain services for assigned projects in coordination with SourceBlue team.Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:Assist with reviews of equipment and procurement packages for compliance with drawings and specifications.Track and document product related issues from clients, Owner's Representatives, designers, consultants, General Contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors and escalate to appropriate supervisor.Assist with preparation of scope of work documents, coordinate matrices, and bid response forms for vendor bid packages.Assist with Support reviews of project submittals and shop drawings to provide misaligned findings to contract specifications.Visit project sites to observe quality and placement of products.Visit manufacturers' factories to observe Factory Witness Tests and learn about product development, and specifications.Assist with Supply Chain heat mapping, vendor database, resiliency systems, equipment tracking, and other duties to support development of business products and services.Perform data entry to update and maintain master procurement data (e.g., pricing, contracts, delivery schedules).Follow standardized processes for development and maintenance of project documentation (e.g., equipment tracking log, project budget reports, cost reports, Requests for Information (RFI) documents, change order and close out logs).Assist with reviews of change orders including preparation of independent analysis, estimates for vendor requests, approvals, and conflict resolutions, and submit to SourceBlue Manager for approval.Assist with vendor prequalification process as requested.Participate in closeout process and assist with preparation of final records for projects (e.g., Requests for Information (RFIs), closeout records, warranties, as-builts, spare parts, Operations & Maintenance product manuals (O&Ms), inventory) and evaluate information to ensure compliance with contract documents.Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:In pursuit of college or university degree (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree) from accredited degree program in Supply Chain Management, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or other related degree program or related field, or minimum of 2 years or experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceSupply Chain experience and/or internship/co-op experience in construction industry preferredGeneral knowledge of Supply Chain operations and construction products (e.g., Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical), desiredExceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, ability to document and manage accurate and timely informationEfficient use of work hours with ability to ask questions, request prioritization of responsibilities, and complete tasks in timely mannerPassionate and willing to learn about overall company, business operations, culture, and core valuesProactive and eager to tackle new projects and ideas, flexible and adaptable to work assignmentAble to work independently with management oversight, and in team environmentApply active listening skills with professional and clear verbal and written communicationLimited travel as neededPhysical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee occasionally performs work on-site at construction work sites, office locations, and/or off-site venues. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.Work Environment:The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
