This position will help streamline staff action management processes, improve workflow efficiency, and support enterprise collaboration tools used by senior leadership organizations.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, evaluate, and improve executive workflow and staff action management processesAssess current business practices and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectivenessSupport management of electronic tasking and correspondence tracking systemsDevelop process maps, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures, and performance metricsIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process optimizationSupport governance processes, records management, and executive information management activitiesAssist with SharePoint administration, collaboration tools, and knowledge management initiativesTrack organizational performance metrics and prepare analytical reports for leadershipFacilitate meetings, working groups, and process improvement initiativesDevelop training materials and provide user support for workflow systems and business processesRequired QualificationsActive Secret clearance or aboveBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of business process analysis, operations analysis, management consulting, or organizational improvement experienceExperience documenting and analyzing business processes and workflowsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExperience developing reports, metrics, and process documentationProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePointPreferred QualificationsActive Top Secret clearanceExperience supporting DoD, National Guard, Joint Staff, or federal executive organizationsKnowledge of Executive Secretariat operations and workflow management systemsExperience with ETMS2, ETS, CATMS, SharePoint, SIPRNet, and related task management platformsLean Six Sigma, PMP, or business process improvement certificationsPosition is contingent upon contract award.BryceTech offers a full range of benefits, including competitive salary, a comprehensive health plan including dental and vision coverage, company-paid life & disability insurance policies, 401(k) plan with company match, and an educational reimbursement program.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
