Key Experience and Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school or educational setting

• Patience, adaptability, and a student-centered approach to instruction
• Ability to follow individualized education plans and classroom guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional relevant coursework or certification preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist students in virtual classrooms, reinforcing lesson content and supporting technical needs
• Work under the guidance of certificated teachers to provide instructional support
• Monitor student engagement, address questions, and facilitate positive learning experiences
• Support special education or general education students, depending on assignment
• Maintain accurate documentation and report progress to educational staff as required
• Foster an inclusive, respectful environment that encourages student participation
