Development Accountant: Shape Affordable Housing Projects
Abode Communities
Abode Communities is seeking a detail-driven Development Accountant to own the accounting for affordable housing projects from acquisition through construction. You will coordinate with project managers, lenders, contractors, and vendors to keep funding on track and audit-ready. You will prepare cost certifications, reconcile construction-in-progress with GL, and support external auditors. A Bachelor's in accounting and real estate/construction experience are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Abode Communities
