URGENT Locums | CRNA | Multi-Site Coverage | Tucson, AZ Why This Role

• URGENT multi-CRNA need (10 providers requested)
• Cross-credentialed across 4 facilities
• Independent practice model
• Broad surgical case mix
• Ongoing opportunity
Assignment Details
• Start: ASAP
• Ongoing coverage
• 8-hour shifts ONLY (Monday–Friday)
• Weeknight and weekend call required
• Beeper call (30-minute response)
• Call ratio: approx. 1:5
• EMR: Cerner
• Must be willing to work at ALL 4 locations
Clinical Requirements
• Must practice independently
• Peripheral nerve blocks REQUIRED
• Must provide block case logs (training will NOT be provided)
• Comfortable with:
- Neurosurgical spine cases - Complex orthopedic cases - Complex vascular cases - Ventilation management - Acute volume/BP management
• Preferred:
- Regional anesthesia - Spinals and epidurals - Post-op extremity blocks - Central/arterial line placement Requirements
• Active Arizona license
• NBCRNA certified
• Minimum 1 year experience
• ACLS and BLS (AHA or American Red Cross only)
• Must be willing to take nights, weekends, and call
Compensation
• Rate Structure:
- Regular: $250/hour - Weeknight Call: $500
• Malpractice provided
• Travel reimbursed
