Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior commercial painting projects, including warehouses, offices, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and other commercial properties. Complete surface preparation, including sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming. Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless spray equipment. Operate, clean, and maintain spray pumps, tools, and equipment. Follow project specifications and company quality standards. Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized jobsite. Communicate effectively with Crew Leads, Project Managers, customers, and trade partners. Assist with training and mentoring less experienced painters when needed. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications 3+ years of professional painting experience preferred. Experience with commercial interior and exterior painting. Strong knowledge of surface preparation and coating application techniques. Experience using airless sprayers and other professional painting equipment. Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality workmanship. Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship. Comfortable working on ladders and at heights. Ability to safely operate or learn to operate scissor lifts and boom lifts up to 60'+. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record. Strong communication skills and ability to follow project instructions. Honest, dependable, and committed to continuous improvement. Availability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime when required. Experience with vinyl wall coverings, drywall finishing, specialty coatings, or industrial coatings is a plus.
