Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
• Operate press equipment and assembly machinery
• Perform quality checks and measurements using calipers
• Test, inspect, and package finished products
• Complete production records and basic computer transactions
• Cross-train in multiple departments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work safely in a production environment

Schedule

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM-3:00 AM

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $20.16/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
