Production Assembler

Pay Rate: $25.46/hr-paid weekly Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:30AM-5:00PM (subject to change based on production line hours and OT may be mandated Friday and Saturdays as needed) Temp to hire Location: York, PA 17402 Key Responsibilities

Operate pre-set equipment to complete basic, repetitive production tasks
Assemble parts by placing components in specified relationships to ensure proper fit, function, and cosmetic quality
Perform simple equipment adjustments as needed
Align components, tighten fasteners, perform general servicing, and use gauges for quality checks
Utilize a variety of hand and basic production tools
Inspect and evaluate parts, components, and assemblies throughout the production process
Identify and report defects during all phases of manufacturing

Work Environment & Requirements

Drug and background screening
Physical test
High School Diploma/GED or one-year work experience
Ability to stand for extended periods. Lift, reach, and pull
Work with hand tools
Comfortable working in a high-speed manufacturing environment
Ability to meet productivity and quality standards
Reliable transportation
Steel toes
