- 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Weekend Shift | Friday - Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Verify that appropriate materials and components are selected and used for each project.
- Inspect materials, parts, and equipment prior to fabrication or assembly and report any concerns before proceeding.
- Perform fabrication and assembly tasks using established methods and quality standards.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure finished work meets required dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections upon completion of assigned work and communicate any issues to supervisors.
- Document modifications or deviations from original designs in accordance with company procedures.
- Safely move, lift, and handle materials using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- 3+ years of experience with welding, metalworking, or related fabrication processes.
- Experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or industrial production environments.
- Basic understanding of welding symbols and fabrication drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with lifting, rigging, or material-handling equipment is preferred.
- Ability to learn and use business, production, and communication software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Flexibility to adjust work schedules and priorities based on operational needs.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
