Job Summary: Provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered nursing care in a dynamic emergency department setting within a regional healthcare facility in the Midwest. This role emphasizes best practices, relationship-based care, and adherence to professional nursing standards.

Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent experience with at least five years of acute care nursing if from a non-accredited program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred or required within five years of hire; enrollment in an accelerated MSN program is acceptable.
• Completion and maintenance of area-specific certifications such as ACLS, BLS, PALS, or specialty certifications as required.

Licensure and Certifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in the relevant state.

Work Environment: This full-time position operates on a second shift schedule, providing 36 hours weekly in a busy emergency department serving a regional population in the Midwest.
