Sr. Executive Sourcer

Perplexity is seeking an experienced Executive Sourcer to collaborate with our most senior Execs and Recruiting leaders. This role is intended for those who can influence, drive, and curate against a vision; all while navigating the chaos and ambiguity that is inherently present when attempting to craft one of the industry’s most talent dense AI Organizations.This position demands more than standard sourcing; it requires a blend of operational excellence, a unique ability to fashion compelling narratives, rooted in a deep grasp of the AI industry and technical ecosystem.
