Overview We believe sports can change lives. As a Specialist – Golf, you will deliver personalized service, support service execution, and drive sales through strong product knowledge, helping athletes find the right equipment and elevate their performance. Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment. Anticipate the needs of athletes; actively drive sales through product and service recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs. Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as a subject matter expert, focusing on best practices, sales skills, and key operational processes. Serve as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity. Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset; ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want. Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc. Promote and drive customer participation in company programs (customer loyalty program participation, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.). Create a store environment where teammates and athletes are always welcome and treated with respect. Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, standard operating procedures, and relevant laws and guidelines. Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent. 1–3 years of experience. Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred. Virtual Requirements Cameras must be on during all virtual interviews. AI tools are not permitted to be used by the candidate during any part of the interview process. Pay Range Targeted pay range: $19.50–$28.50 per hour, depending on location, experience, and position offered.
