Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Overview We are partnering with a well-established organization in the 80112 area to identify a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee the company's day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning the full accounting cycle and can operate independently while supporting leadership with accurate financial reporting. This is a hands‑on opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys managing the full scope of accounting in a fast‑paced environment. This position is paying between $25/hr and $28/hr depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting , including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial statements Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee records (if applicable) Maintain and monitor cash flow and budgets Prepare and submit sales and use tax filings Qualifications 5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP principles and full-cycle accounting Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar required) Proficiency in Excel (formulas, data organization) Experience handling payroll and tax filings preferred High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounting functions All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
