Senior Program Manager, Global Facilities Project Control

Overview Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions. The role focuses on leading data management activities related to the PMIS implementation, ensuring data quality, and supporting the platform across complex construction projects globally. Responsibilities Lead data migration, cleansing, and consolidation activities within the PMIS implementation. Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices to maintain data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with various departments to sustain and improve data quality across disparate data sources. Oversee refactoring of legacy data sources to improve data infrastructure and reduce technical debt. Provide technical and practical assistance related to data management and system architecture. Ensure compliance with data management regulations and guidelines. Work closely with the PMIS Lead and the project management team to deliver all change and data‑management deliverables on time. Participate in project planning and team meetings to identify, implement, and monitor change requests. Develop detailed project plans and schedules for change‑management activities and report progress to stakeholders. Support design and development of the PMIS platform covering all aspects of the project lifecycle. Deliver technical and administrative support, guidance, supervision, and training to PMIS end‑users, PMCs, and contractors. Provide continuous audit support to maintain information integrity and identify ongoing improvement opportunities. Maintain and update training materials in accordance with the latest procedures. Collaborate closely with the IT department to ensure platform design and customizations align with Micron’s processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction‑related Engineering, or a related field. Five (5) years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate experience in a similar role or as a Senior Program Manager, Global Facilities Project Control‑related occupation. Experience setting up and implementing PMIS systems, including Procore. Experience supporting transformation projects. Training/instructional design experience for software implementations and/or large‑scale transformation projects. Experience developing and implementing change‑management strategies and best practices. Proficiency in identifying requirements through industry‑standard analysis techniques such as data flow modeling, workflow analysis, business process modeling, component diagrams, and functional decomposition analysis.
