About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our international high school in Beijing. This is an excellent opportunity for educators looking to build a long-term career in one of China's most vibrant cities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver daily foundational English courses, as well as TOEFL or IELTS standardized test preparation classes;
2. Serve as a student mentor, taking full responsibility for the daily management and guidance of high school students;
3. Contribute significantly to the revision and development of subject-specific teaching materials;
4. Actively participate in school- and division-organized training sessions and teaching research activities.
Requirements:
Education & Background
- Master's degree or higher in English Education, TESOL, English Language & Literature, Education, or a related field; candidates with overseas study experience are preferred.
Experience & Skills:
- Relevant teaching internship or work experience in the subject area;
- Familiar with the Longman reading system;
- Proficient in teaching all four TOEFL/IELTS skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing);
- English majors: TEM-8 score of 70 or above, IELTS 7.0, or TOEFL 100+;
- Standard, fluent spoken English with the ability to teach entirely in English.
salary: 22000 -25000 rmb per month
