Summer Administrative Assistant

$19 - $20 per hour

Temporary Administrative Assistant needed for Hendersonville, NC production team.

Location: Hendersonville, NC
Shift: M-F, 8: 30am - 5pm
Pay: $19 - $20/HR based on experience

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for organizing and digitizing employee files
Sorts, scans, and stores physical documents into the company' s digital filing system

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sort employee files into Active and Inactive categories
Scan inactive files in bulk by section (Medical, Benefits, Performance, Payroll) and save to the server
Scan active employee documents individually using the established naming convention into the correct employee folder and subfolder
Review scanned documents for quality, then shred originals

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and comfort with digital file management
Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion
