Call Center/BDC Representative

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for a Call Center/Automotive BDC Representative. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast‑paced industry. Located at Napleton’s Midwest BDC Call Center, in Merrillville, IN, the BDC Representative is responsible for handling internet inquiries and phone leads (no cold calls) to generate appointments for the dealership sales departments.
