Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Active Physio Clinic, you will:

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for patients, particularly children, assessing their physical capabilities and recovery needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals.
• Regularly reassess patients' clinical progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document patient interactions meticulously using the clinic's electronic record system, including SOAP notes and progress summaries.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, encouraging active participation in recovery and understanding of rehabilitation challenges.
• Meet the clinic's utilization targets, contributing to overall business success and patient satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers within Ensemble Therapy, ensuring integrated care for patients utilizing multiple services.

Qualifications

To qualify for the Physical Therapist position, candidates are required to have:

• A Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
