Work Environment

This position is onsite and involves traveling to various patients' homes for rehabilitation sessions. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals and have the opportunity to develop a rapport with your patients in their regular living environments. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history evaluations, to determine appropriate therapy plans.
• Providing one-on-one therapy sessions focused on improving mobility, strength, and coordination for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries.
• Implementing customized treatment strategies that include manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities catering to individual patient needs.
• Monitoring patient progress and modifying treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families about exercises, rehabilitation processes, and preventive measures to maintain health post-treatment.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters, progress notes, and therapy outcomes to comply with regulatory standards.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on industry best practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
