Work Environment

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to identify movement dysfunctions, creating individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Implement physical therapy interventions that may include exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
• Document patient care accurately and comprehensively, ensuring compliance with clinic policies, billing procedures, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain productivity benchmarks while integrating the latest evidence-based practices into patient care.
• Engage in regular team meetings, training sessions, and contribute to program development initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients by maintaining clean and functional therapy equipment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Move Easy Rehab Group, you will work with a diverse array of patients, primarily focusing on orthopedic conditions including post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Our client population ranges from athletes seeking to regain peak performance to elderly patients aiming to maintain their independence. You will play a crucial role in educating and empowering patients to take charge of their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's or Doctorate degree is preferred.
• An active Physical Therapy license in Florida or eligibility to obtain one.
• A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, would be advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
