Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations: Assess patients' physical conditions, including strength, mobility, and overall functional capacity, to formulate individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Create and implement therapy plans: Design personalized treatment programs that incorporate evidence-based modalities, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education.
• Monitor patient progress: Regularly reassess patients to evaluate their progress towards goals, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to maximize effectiveness.
• Document care: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient evaluations, treatment protocols, and progress notes as per regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams: Communicate and coordinate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families: Offer guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and exercises to enhance home care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Currently licensed in Florida as a Physical Therapist or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. A Master's degree is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive relationships with patients and collaborate effectively with the care team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and contributions, we offer a competitive salary range between USD 85,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
