Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our outpatient clinic, where you will collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and rehabilitation goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and objectives.
• Utilize various physical therapy techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities, to achieve desired outcomes.
• Educate patients on their conditions and the importance of adherence to treatment plans and lifestyle modifications.
• Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment delivered to comply with our quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy and rehabilitation practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic primarily serves individuals recovering from injuries, surgical interventions, and chronic conditions related to mobility. This includes a diverse patient demographic, encompassing athletes seeking injury recovery, elderly patients with mobility issues, and individuals in rehabilitation following surgeries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current active physical therapist license in the state of Florida, with a clean disciplinary record.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques with demonstrable experience in orthopedic outpatient care.
• Strong ability to design and implement effective exercise programs tailored to various patient populations.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, for efficient documentation and patient tracking.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
