Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Tufts Physical Therapy, you will:

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians and formulate personalized treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that leverage evidence-based practices to facilitate patient rehabilitation across various specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Deliver expert care while ensuring high levels of customer service, directly contributing to patient satisfaction and overall clinic effectiveness.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to maximize patient outcomes through multidisciplinary approaches.
• Adapt treatment methodologies to different patient home environments, utilizing techniques that align with the physician's plan of care.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers about treatment options, self-care strategies, and recovery expectations.
• Achieve and maintain minimum utilization goals alongside contributing to other business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass treating a diverse range of patients, from young athletes recovering from an injury to seniors needing rehabilitative care following surgery or illness. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid physical therapy license in the state of Florida, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, facilitating effective interactions with patients, families, and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer skills necessary for patient documentation and treatment planning.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, you will receive:
