Balance Booster Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. The successful candidate will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients facing movement disorders, chronic pain, and various mobility challenges. Work Environment

The role is based onsite at our rehabilitation facility, where you will have access to cutting-edge equipment and a supportive team environment. Our facility is designed to provide a welcoming and therapeutic atmosphere, allowing for optimal patient engagement. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 AM to 4 PM or 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to consider four 10-hour shifts for those seeking a different work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical capabilities, limitations, and functional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices, tailored to each patient's unique recovery journey.
• Provide direct, hands-on therapy, employing techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to enhance strength and mobility.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and injury prevention strategies to facilitate self-management and encourage adherence to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative rehabilitation to those with chronic conditions. Our patients often include individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders, sports injuries, and age-related mobility challenges. Each case presents unique challenges that your expertise will uniquely address, ultimately improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active Physical Therapy License in Florida or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development.

Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, with a track record of developing successful treatment plans for a diverse patient population. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and a grasp of the latest rehabilitation technologies and methodologies is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
