In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care that enhances rehabilitation and recovery for our patients.

Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our outpatient office, you will work onsite in a vibrant and supportive environment. Our facility is equipped with the latest technology and rehabilitation tools to aid in your practice. You will collaborate closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create a seamless experience for our patients. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a balance of professional commitment and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and oversee the management of therapeutic care for assigned patients in partnership with the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's specific rehabilitation goals, ensuring maximum engagement and achievement of desired outcomes.
• Provide leading-edge physical therapy interventions to support patients throughout their continuum of care, leveraging proven methodologies and advanced treatment frameworks.
• Utilize evaluation tools to assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic care in a variety of settings, including the clinic and patients' homes, following the physician's plan of care.
• Enhance patients' understanding by instructing them, their families, and caregivers in the use of therapies and equipment effectively outside of therapy sessions.
• Manage your caseload by prioritizing patient needs, assessing daily staffing requirements, and efficiently coordinating care assignments.

Qualifications

• Current licensing as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, to be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient care with a passion for improving the well-being of others.

Preferred Experience

• While no prior experience is required, any clinical experience in relevant settings will be viewed favorably.
• Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation technologies is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
