Family Law Attorney

Pflugerville, TX | Full-Time | $100,000 – $140,000 per year **Recruiters: We are not paying placement fees** Description We are a growing family law firm based looking for a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. This is a hybrid position with flexibility to work remotely (2-3 days weekly), but you must be able to commute to our Pflugerville office. Responsibilities Handle a case load of family law cases including, but not limited to, divorce, child custody, common law marriage, child support, enforcement actions, ex parte relief, and modifications; Ability to manage cases from intake through final resolution; Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements; Conduct discovery, prepare for hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials; Communicate effectively with clients and maintain organized case files; Use case management software to stay on top of tasks and deadlines; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Licensed to practice law in Texas; At least 1 year of experience in family law, specifically divorce and child custody; Experience using any legal case management software; Able to manage a caseload independently; and Must be able to commute to Pflugerville, Texas.
