Job Description

Operations / Project Management Support AssociateTruBlue of Indy and HMS are seeking a dependable, hands-on Operations and Project Management Support Associate to join our growing team and keep our daily operations running smoothly.

This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you're a 'jack-of-all-trades' who likes staying active and contributing wherever needed, this could be a great fit for you.Key Responsibilities

Provide general operational and logistical support
Assist with local material deliveries and pickups
Support special projects and team initiatives
Help maintain organized workspaces and materials
Perform various tasks as needed to support daily operations

Qualifications

Reliable, proactive, and self-motivated
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Preferred (Not Required)

Access to a truck or van for material deliveries
