RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the agency in meeting business goals through agreed-upon duties and sales support Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance solutions Support sales producers by managing administrative tasks and helping with client communications Participate in training and coaching sessions to develop insurance sales skills Build relationships with clients using qualified leads (provided—no out-of-pocket cost for prospecting) Shadow experienced agents to learn sales techniques and client management Contribute to the team’s success through effective communication and collaborative work QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with attention to detail Effective interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Motivated self-starter eager to learn, grow, and pursue a career in insurance sales Willingness to obtain insurance licenses and master agency systems Why This Role is Different:
