Job Summary

This role supports the processing of ESA (Energy Savings Assistance) program applications, requiring careful review of customer information, income eligibility documentation, and compliance with program policies and service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Review ESA applications to validate customer information, income eligibility, and required supporting documents.
• Identify discrepancies, request revisions when necessary, and report processing issues.
• Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Support workload management by processing high volumes of applications while maintaining accuracy, quality, and safety standards.
• Monitor queues and prioritize work to meet operational goals.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and Copilot.
• Ability to follow detailed processes, procedures, job aids, and program requirements consistently.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing, incomplete, or conflicting information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with limited day-to-day direction.

Education Requirements

• Must be local to Southern California (Irwindale) for equipment pick-up.
