Jagemann Stamping is seeking experienced Maintenance Mechanics for Second shift to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this critical role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring peak equipment performance and minimizing costly downtime through expert troubleshooting and proactive maintenance. What You'll Do Core Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using advanced testing equipment (dial indicators, bore gauges, hardness testers, multi-meters, meggers, and more) Repair and maintain production equipment by adjusting, repairing, or replacing components Design and fabricate custom components for equipment repairs, modifications, and improvement projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams on troubleshooting and strategic planning initiatives Interpret complex schematics including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process diagrams Execute preventative maintenance programs according to scheduled protocols Maintain strict adherence to Environmental Health & Safety procedures What Makes You Successful This position demands a self-motivated, self-directed professional with strong diagnostic abilities and hands-on repair expertise specific to industrial manufacturing environments.
