Play a key role in a strategic enterprise program focused on AI, automation, and digital transformation Partner with business leaders, ServiceNow experts, architects, and development teams on impactful initiatives Gain exposure to cutting-edge ServiceNow platform enhancements and workflow modernization efforts Influence how business processes are designed, optimized, and delivered across the organization Work within a collaborative Agile environment where your expertise and recommendations matter Contribute to projects that create measurable business value and operational efficiency Expand your experience supporting enterprise-scale technology implementations Your Role & Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews Document business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and user stories Analyze current-state and future-state business processes to identify improvement opportunities Partner with ServiceNow developers, architects, and governance teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered successfully Facilitate backlog grooming, prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile delivery activities Support implementation efforts involving AI, automation, and workflow solutions within the ServiceNow platform Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support business validation processes Track project risks, dependencies, issues, decisions, and action items throughout the project lifecycle Support change management, organizational adoption, and communication activities Maintain project documentation, process artifacts, knowledge transfer materials, and business analysis deliverables Skills & Experience You Should Possess 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives Strong experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery environments Expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and requirements management Experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business documentation Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences Experience supporting complex technology projects from requirements through implementation Bonus Points If You Have Experience supporting ServiceNow platform initiatives or enterprise workflow platforms Experience supporting AI, automation, or digital transformation programs Utility or energy industry experience Experience participating in large-scale enterprise modernization projects Strong understanding of process optimization and organizational change management Experience collaborating with governance, compliance, or enterprise architecture teams Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification preferred Agile, Scrum, or Product Owner certifications are a plus What We Offer At Trissential, we believe successful projects begin with exceptional people. Competitive Compensation – $53–$63 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
