Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in a school-based environment is highly valued
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Adaptability and organization to manage a varied caseload
• Commitment to fostering a positive, culturally sensitive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to diverse student needs
• Deliver therapy sessions within classroom, small group, and one-on-one settings
• Maintain accurate records and document progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide resources, strategies, and training for school staff as needed
