Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapy Specialist at Break Through Rehab, LLC, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain their mobility, strength, and independence. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough reviews of patients' medical histories and current health conditions.
• Engaging with patients to assess their physical states, discussing their symptoms, and understanding their personal goals for recovery.
• Diagnosing movement disorders and collaboratively developing customized treatment plans suited to each individual's rehabilitation journey.
• Teaching patients different therapeutic exercise techniques to enhance their recovery, ensuring that they are confident in performing these exercises independently.
• Administering specialized treatments, such as manual therapy, stimulation, and massage, to promote healing and alleviate discomfort.
• Assisting patients with mobility aids and equipment, including wheelchairs and walkers, focusing on improving their functional independence.
• Maintaining accurate patient records, tracking rehabilitation goals, progress, and outcomes to adapt treatment as needed.
• Providing valuable recommendations to patients and their families regarding home exercises and supplementary treatments.

Qualifications

• A valid Florida state Physical Therapy license to practice.
