Work Environment

This position is based onsite in our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, where you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals in a supportive and dynamic setting. The center is equipped with the latest rehabilitative technologies and resources to facilitate optimal patient care. Expect a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with potential variable weekend shifts. Your experience will be enriched by working in a fast-paced environment dedicated to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with functional limitations and disabilities to establish accurate treatment plans.
• Design personalized therapy programs that incorporate the latest evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive continuum of care for each patient.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service while fostering appropriate interactions across diverse populations.
• Document findings, treatments, and progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to program development, quality improvement initiatives, and community outreach efforts.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, ensuring a high level of competency in patient care techniques.
• Engage in professional development through continuing education and in-service training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and families regarding rehabilitation processes, improving their understanding and compliance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Flex Staff Physical Therapy offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000, commensurate with experience.
