Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Executive Recruiter – Finance & Accounting Specialist | The Workforce Experts at RemX We’re seeking a Billing Specialist to join our client's finance team. Responsibilities Review, prepare, and approve client bills per attorney and client guidelines. Verify daily billing production and prepare time/billing reports. Distribute pre-bills and ad hoc billing reports. Train and support staff on billing systems. Learn and work with various third-party billing platforms. Qualifications 2-3+ years of billing experience preferred; law firm experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Skills Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Strong math and basic accounting skills. Professional, confidential, and adaptable under pressure.
