With kindness and integrity as our guide, we strive for excellence in every interaction.Requirements:You care.RN Supervisor Summary:The RN Supervisor coordinates the administrative and clinical functions for a defined resident population and time frame to ensure an effective and efficient environment for residents, family, and staff.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure nursing operational standards are metProvide reports on productivity, quality, and customer service metricsInform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructionsHandle complaints or other issuesEstablish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family, and friendsKeep records of nurses' files, patients' cases, and proceduresHandles AdmissionsOther tasks as assignedQualifications:2-4 years' experience providing direct care to multiple patients/residents preferred; previous experience in Skilled Nursing environment desirable; previous supervisory experience strongly preferredNursing degree from accredited college or graduation from approved RN program requiredMust possess current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in CaliforniaCurrent valid CPR certification requiredBenefits:Medical insurance with Rx benefitsDental insuranceVision care401k retirement savings plan with employer match after one year of servicePaid vacationSalary Range: $50.00 - $58.00/hr* *The salary range is the one that Long Beach Healthcare Center reasonably expects to pay for this position.
