Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidates must be willing to participate in at least one in-person interview.As a Senior Business Analyst within the Technical and Strategic Solutions team, you will lead high-priority projects within the CFO Organization, acting as a strategic bridge between functional stakeholders and technical teams. By managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, you will translate complex business needs into actionable insights and ensure the seamless delivery of technical enhancements across web applications, Oracle ERP systems, and emerging AI technologies. Your work will solve critical organizational problems through rigorous system analysis and the design of optimized process flows that drive long-term efficiency.What Success Looks Like (Objectives)Delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives on time and within scope through diligent end-to-end project management across a global environmentHigher standards of software quality through the total ownership of Technical Quality Assurance (TQA) and the successful facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Seamless integration of business goals with technical output by partnering effectively with IT ERP, Data Warehouse, and AI Office teamsAccelerated adoption of Intelligent Automation and AI agents by translating business requirements into functional logic and managing rigorous testing cyclesScalable solutions for complex organizational challenges derived from deep-dive system analyses and strategic consulting for the CFO organizationCore Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)Mastery of documentation standards, including the creation of detailed process flows, user stories, and comprehensive features within JiraExtensive experience managing enterprise-level project lifecycles within both Agile and Waterfall SDLC environmentsA proven track record of overseeing complex financial or technical systems such as, billing platforms, or sophisticated reporting toolsProficiency in AI application and literacy, specifically in leveraging tools like Gemini or Copilot to automate requirements gathering and refine agent logicExceptional analytical thinking and the ability to independently lead global, cross-functional projects with minimal supervisionSophisticated communication and presentation skills necessary to influence and collaborate with stakeholders ranging from technical developers to executive leadershipAdditional QualificationsExperience in Accounting/Finance or the Telecommunications/Wireless industry.Professional certifications such as CBAP or PMPWorking knowledge of billing platforms such as CSG, Recurly, Amdocs, or Shopify.Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technologiesMinimum RequirementsMinimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related technical disciplineMinimum Experience: 4 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, and/or Project ManagementRequired Technical Skills:Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall)Skilled in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite for documentation, analysis, and leadership presentations.Proven Experience in the creation of Process Solution Documents (PSD) or Process Design Documents (PDD).Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Word, Excel, Draw.io, GSuite and any other process flow documentation tools.Experience using project management and workflow tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and MS VisioVisa sponsorship not available for this roleCompensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/YearWe offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: EchoStar Benefits.The base pay range shown is a guideline.
