Sales Executive – Early Career Location: Dallas, TX | Full‑time, field‑based | Base salary $50,000 + uncapped commission Company: World Fuel Services We are looking for high‑potential early‑career talent to launch a career in business‑to‑business fuel solutions sales. In this role you will build relationships, grow a portfolio of approximately 50 active accounts, and close new business while learning from experienced sales leaders. Responsibilities Start with a portfolio of approximately 50 active customer accounts. Grow existing relationships and identify new revenue opportunities. Spend time in the field prospecting, meeting customers, and closing new business. Build a strong pipeline through outreach, networking, and referrals. Deliver value‑based solutions to commercial customers. Execute territory plans and consistently meet or exceed sales goals. Partner with internal teams to support onboarding and customer success. Qualifications Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field. Strong desire to build a long‑term career in sales. Competitive, driven, and motivated to win. High energy, strong work ethic, and resilience. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
