Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for clients, identifying their mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Engage in collaborative care with other professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to ensure integrated treatment for clients.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, encouraging client participation and enhancing their therapeutic experience.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessment, and necessary safety planning as required for high-risk clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
