Community Care Advocate - Direct Support Professional
Birch Family Services
Birch Family Services is seeking dedicated staff to help individuals in a health care setting in Brooklyn, NY. You will assist individuals in developing skills necessary for integration into their community and provide a supportive environment while ensuring personal health monitoring.
The ideal candidate must have a High School diploma, at least 1-year experience working with developmentally disabled individuals, and valid NYS Driver's License.
