Care First in The Bronx is hiring a Field Outreach Representative to engage community members, generate referrals, and connect eligible individuals to our programs and services. You will build partnerships with local providers and educate on Medicaid-related resources. The ideal candidate is outgoing, self-motivated, and experienced in field outreach, with strong communication and organizational skills.
