Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry McKinstry is looking for a Client Operations Director to support our growing PNW Facility Operations team in Seattle, WA. This position is responsible for driving Client Operations outcomes and contracts across Mobile Service or Facility Operations. This person also leads performance monitoring, quality assurance, and communication management, drives cross-McKinstry collaboration to identify annuity opportunities, develop new business within portfolio accounts, and support revenue growth goals. Additional responsibilities may include: Supports Program Manager in determining resources to deliver on client scopes of work (Mobile Service & Facility Ops) Supports Business Development by applying context across all Client Operations team members Leads cross-McKinstry collaboration to identify, propose, and sell annuity agreements and new service opportunities Acts as escalation point for internal team delivery and cross-team communication Team coordination and resource management Participate in on-call support for emergencies and after-hours escalations What You Need To Succeed at McKinstry: Strong proactive escalation communicator (internal and external) Ability to lead/delegate project responsibilities and manage teams Advanced understanding of building systems and controls Business acumen including P&L familiarity Proven track record identifying and developing annuity and new account revenue; driving cross-LoB collaboration Ability to develop and elevate direct reports Ability to build/own strong client relationships Technical Degree / Bachelor's or CS / Data / Engineering Degree (desired) 12+ years industry experience; Controls preferred When it comes to the basics, we have you covered: Competitive pay 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing plan Paid time off and holidays Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out of pocket maximums People come first at McKinstry, and we go beyond the basic benefits with: Family formation benefits, including adoption and IVF assistance Up to 16 weeks paid parental leave "Building Good" paid community service time Learning and advancement opportunities via McKinstry University McKinstry Moves onsite gyms or reimbursement for remote workers See benefit plan documents for complete details. The pay range for this position is $165,800 - $252,100 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
