\nPosition Overview:
\nWe are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and experienced Inside Sales Representative with a proven outbound sales track record to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to sell industry-leading multimedia training solutions that directly support emergency responders and safety professionals.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\n· Manage the full sales lifecycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
\n· Consult with existing accounts within our extensive database to identify expansion and renewal opportunities.
\n· Follow up on and qualify inbound leads generated by company marketing efforts.
\n· Proactively prospect for and secure new accounts.
\n· Maintain accurate records and pipeline data within our CRM.
\n· Contribute valuable ideas and insights during team strategy meetings.
\n \nRequired Skills & Qualifications:
\n· Demonstrated experience managing the entire sales process, with a strong emphasis on outbound calling.
\n· Professional, confident, and articulate phone presence.
\n· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
\n· Working experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot).
\n· Eagerness to rapidly master technical product lines and public safety industry standards.
\n· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
\n· Strong self-management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple detailed sales tasks.
\nCompensation & Benefits:
\n· Base Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience, + competitive, performance-driven commission structure.

\n· Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday.
