Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the San Diego Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, including qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting Core Billing’s services to prospective home health agencies. The Inside Sales Specialist will maintain a pipeline in the CRM, follow up on marketing-generated leads, and collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, handling questions about services and pricing, and providing a high level of customer service to support long-term relationships. The role also involves tracking sales metrics, meeting performance targets, and contributing feedback to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and close new business.

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, including experience building trust and long-term client relationships.

• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex billing solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Experience working with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and basic proficiency with office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).

• Understanding of healthcare or home health services, revenue cycle management, or payer processes is highly beneficial.

• Proven ability to work on-site in a team environment, manage time effectively, and meet individual and team sales goals.

• High school diploma required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
