Project Manager

Bartonville, TX | Full-Time | Residential Construction At Masterpiece Construction, we believe successful projects come from strong planning, clear communication, and consistent execution. We're looking for a Project Manager who takes ownership, keeps projects on schedule, and delivers an outstanding experience for both clients and trade partners. What You’ll Do As our Project Manager, you’ll oversee multiple residential construction projects while ensuring quality, communication, and scheduling remain on track. Your Responsibilities Include Create and manage project schedules from kickoff through completion Update schedules weekly using JobTread Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections Monitor job progress and resolve issues before they affect the project Complete quality inspections using phase gate checklists Maintain accurate daily logs and project documentation in JobTread Communicate regularly with homeowners and keep them informed throughout the project Manage punch lists and ensure projects are completed to company standards Work closely with leadership to improve project performance and client satisfaction What Success Looks Like In This Role, You’ll Be Successful When You Consistently Launch every project with a complete construction schedule Keep schedules accurate and up to date throughout the project Complete phase gate checklists at every stage Maintain timely and accurate daily logs in JobTread Communicate proactively with clients and document key updates Deliver projects with fewer punch list items at closeout Help projects stay organized, efficient, and on schedule What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership and following through. You May Be a Great Fit If You 3+ years of residential construction project management experience Stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively Communicate professionally with clients, subcontractors, and team members Solve problems proactively rather than waiting for direction Appreciate established systems, processes, and checklists Welcome feedback and continuously look for ways to improve Take pride in delivering quality workmanship and a positive client experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with JobTread or similar construction management software Strong scheduling and coordination skills Ability to read construction plans and specifications Experience managing subcontractors and field activities Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Why Join Masterpiece Construction?
