Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, developing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries in all interactions.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, address concerns, evaluate stability, and prepare for discharge when appropriate.

• Create, implement, and continuously evaluate person-centered treatment plans that align with the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Administer intake assessments to new clients, establishing the foundation for their treatment journey.
\n
• Deliver individual therapy sessions weekly, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to clients’ specific circumstances.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Neuro Psychology Center, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients may present with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, or behavioral issues, requiring a tailored approach to therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling.

• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
