Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an active caseload by establishing and maintaining rapport and positive relationships with clients through regular telehealth sessions.

• Conduct ongoing assessments during weekly meetings, helping clients track their progress, discussing upcoming appointments, and determining appropriate discharge timelines.

• Design, implement, and evaluate individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Ensure all client documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates, are accurate, timely, and confidential.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate new clients and determine the best therapeutic approach.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive guided support from experienced therapists.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with other health care professionals to deliver an integrated care experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Neuro Psychology Center will involve providing therapeutic services to a varied outpatient population, including children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. We aim to meet clients where they are in their mental health journey. By utilizing evidence-based practices and a person-centered approach, you will address a range of issues including anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and more to promote positive client outcomes. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• An active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, providing direct psychotherapy services.

• Proficient in utilizing technology for clinical documentation and telehealth sessions; familiarity with systems such as Excel, RMS, and Pimsy is beneficial.

• Comfort with conducting intake assessments and a strong ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

The Neuro Psychology Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
