Business Development Strategist
Job Summary:
Avir at La Hacienda is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Business Development Strategist to join our dynamic team in Eagle Pass, TX. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our market presence. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking, market research, and relationship-building
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and developments
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business development strategies and optimize results
Lead, conduct, and coordinate tours
Ensure that room staging and preparation is completed for all incoming admission
Requirements:
0+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
Strong understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
