We are looking for a licensed real estate agent interested in developing a business focused on investment properties, acquisitions, and off market opportunities while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is a strong fit for someone who enjoys connecting with property owners, creating new business through prospecting, and learning how to recognize opportunities with investment potential.

You will learn how to source potential investment properties through consistent outreach, lead generation, seller follow up, and relationship building. As you gain experience, you will strengthen your ability to understand seller motivation, analyze potential deals, discuss property opportunities, negotiate terms, and move qualified opportunities toward a successful closing.

Working alongside experienced real estate professionals and investors, you will gain practical exposure to acquisitions and the strategies used to find opportunities beyond the traditional market. Coaching, proven systems, and ongoing guidance will help you develop stronger prospecting, communication, follow up, and negotiation skills.

The goal is to help you build the knowledge and daily habits needed to create a consistent pipeline of investment opportunities. Compensation:

$135,000+ at plan

Responsibilities:

• Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales
• Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process

• Find acquisition properties
• Develop a builder, developer, and contractor network
• Investment property lead generation
• Investment property lead follow-up
• Listing appointments
• Investment property buyer and seller sales

Qualifications:

• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

• Real estate license required to work with clients and earn commissions
• Ability to learn and coachable
• Sales experience
